Janine has 22 years of experience as a Legal Assistant for Bashein & Bashein. She works closely with our personal injury and worker's compensation trial attorneys and has direct contact with many of our clients.

Janine helps to keep our practice running smoothly and oversees scheduling, processing claims, legal filings, correspondence, pleadings, bookkeeping and tracking the court docket. She acts as a liaison with our clients.

Janine studied at Cuyahoga Community College after graduating with honors from West Tech High School. Janine is a resident of Cleveland.


JANET L. LYCAN

Janet joined her sister at Bashein & Bashein in 1988. She serves as a Legal Assistant and plays an active role in worker's compensation cases. Janet assists our trial attorneys with client contact, docket work and maintaining hearing schedules. Janet's organizational skills help to keep all the necessary documents in good order.

A resident of Cleveland, Janet is a graduate of West Tech High School.


MARGARET ENGLISH

Our newest member, Margaret English joined Bashein & Bashein in March 2002 as a Legal Assistant. She is responsible for court filings of worker's compensation and personal injury cases, among other duties.

Margaret graduated from Bryant & Stratton College. A Parma resident, she is a graduate of Valley Forge High School with a 4.0 G.P.A.

Prior to joining the firm, she served as an intern with another area law firm.


PAMELA BASHEIN VIZDOS

Pamela Bashein Vizdos was hired to assist the firm as a paralegal. Her responsibilities include client interviews, preparing files for trial, drafting legal documents and investigations ranging from scene investigations to computer research.

Pamela has 16 years of experience working in claims service and investigation for area insurance companies. Her experience includes negotiation and settling third party claims on behalf of insurers. She is a member of the Cleveland association of Paralegals and the National Federation of Paralegal Associations. Pamela graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and completed the Cuyahoga County College Paralegal Certification Program.


RAE CYRULIK

Rae Cyrulik joined the firm as a legal assistant. She handles medical record requests for personal injury cases, prepares court documents and files them with the court, prepares draft correspondence and pleadings, maintains files and performs general office and administrative duties.

Rae has 10 years of experience as a legal assistant with several area law firms. She is a resident of Cleveland. She has an Associate Degree in Business Management from the University of Akron/Wayne College, where she was on the Dean’s List for academic honors.
