A 56-year-old Ohio man died from injuries sustained when his semi truck overturned on early Thursday morning. According to sheriff's deputies, the truck driver was traveling on I-75 around 4:30 a.m. on Thursday when his tractor-trailer veered off the roadway, went over a ravine and flipped on its side.
According to local news reports, the Ohio Highway Patrol was called to the scene of a fatal truck accident in Woodville around 3:15 a.m. on Tuesday morning near U.S. 20 near Lime Road. Ohio Highway Patrol detail that the fatal truck accident involved a pickup truck and a semi truck. Local reports expressed that the accident occurred when a 27-year-old motorist driving a Chevy Avalanche crossed over the center line of the highway while traveling west of U.S. 20. As a result, the Avalanche struck an oncoming semi, head-on. The man driving the Chevy truck was pronounced dead at the scene after sustaining fatal injuries in the truck accident.
A recent truck accident killed a man from Euclid when the truck he was driving crashed on Interstate 71 in Medina County on Tuesday morning. The truck accident occurred in the southbound lanes at about 8:23 a.m. near the 223 mile maker in Medina Township. According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the truck accident occurred when the 46-year-old man was driving a Hino box truck veered off the left side of the road. This caused the truck to hit a guardrail and caused the truck to overturn onto the driver's side.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol have reported that a Kentucky man was killed after "being a passenger in one of two commercial trucks involved in a rear-end collision early Wednesday in Mahoning County." The man, of Nicholasville, Ky., was pronounced dead at the scene of the truck accident.

During the hearing, the man apologized to the families of the victims as the judge handed down his sentence. The judge sentenced the man after hearing the facts regarding a January truck accident that killed a bus driver and three special needs adults on Interstate 70 near Springfield.
A truck accident lawsuit initiated by the families of 10 people that were killed after a tractor-trailer slammed into a line of stopped vehicles was recently settled for an estimated $62.7 million dollars. This settlement stems from a suit filed by the families of eight of the victims from 2009 in Cleveland County and was reached on Wednesday. An out-of-court settlement was reached earlier on behalf of the other two victims for undisclosed amounts.
