W. Craig Bashein recently won a landmark case in the Ohio Supreme Court. In Rolf v. Tri-State Motor Transport Company, the Ohio Supreme Court recognized for the first time, the right for adult children to seek damages as a result of injuries to their parents.

Our success in this area of the law has also resulted in W. Craig Bashein being named one of the Top 10 Lawyers in the State of Ohio for the 2001 calendar year by Ohio Lawyers Weekly, a state-wide legal publication.
